Internet...minus the virus
I'm at the City Library on 400 South.
My computer has been virused and I'm afraid it will explode if I turn it on.
If you have any information about how to de-virus a virus riddled computer please contact me
by any means necessary.

When that happened to me I had 2 take my lap top 2 the UNC nerd-ery where the tech guys had to go through the whole thing and de-bug it. Took about two days and of course it was a week before finals.
For some reason my free internet didn't work this week and now it does. Thanks free neighbor network!!
and also those "by" "any" "means" and "necessary" are cute. but I told this telegrams are very necessary.

Doo-dah, doo-dah...
You could buy a copy of Norton Anti-Virus or some other anti-virus program; the CDs are often bootable and can attempt to disinfect your disc.
But, chances are, if your machine is really screwed up, the only sure-fire way to fix it is to start over.
