Last year or so he had a costume. Creepy because he was all smiles, waving and I bet he would have kissed babies.
I love crazy people. Makes our lives so much more...in need of locks on our doors...:-I
The whole double temple thing -- the way it looks, you've got west temple and east temple. Too bad there's no east temple in Salt Lake
