Saturn

Outer space and deep space has always absolutely fascinated me.

Jupiter has been my favorite planet since I was in 4th grade. Everyone would give me a hard time saying things like, "You would die if you lived on Jupiter" or "Earth is the only planet that I love." Oh yeah, where else can you see a huge red dot on the planet's surface? Scientists can study everything about Earth because we live here. They can't study everything about other planets because it is too dangerous to go out there and find what really makes those planets do what they do.

First manned mission to Mars anyone?

This latest development on the surface of Saturn is remarkable. Be sure to click on the Reuters link on the side of the article. They always deliver the news well.

If I were a rocket scientist I would love to work at NASA. Alas, I'm not not very science minded...drat.

I'm glad you posted. I think we've all been a little too busy to actually post prose lately.

Very cool, indeed. I feel bad for Earth because it's the one that pollutes itself. As far as we know it.

Whether they discover life there or not, I think Jupiter should be considered an enemy planet. And also, I just found out I have a friend that works for Houston. I am also a bit of a celestiphile.(I just made that word up but I think it works)
