Tender mercies
So I was thinking all day that I was going to have to stay up late tonight writing a book review. I wasn't dreading it TOO much since I'd actually finished the book (I know, journal moment), but just the same. Researching the author and finding some review of the book to comment on, then typing into the wee hours of the morning, then going to the class at 7:30 . . . not exactly the greatest combination, if you get what I mean.
I'm sure you can share in my delight when I realized that the due date had been moved back and the date I had been looking at was the previous one.
Maybe I'll actually stay awake tomorrow morning.

Ah, school. I study drugs and "elimination." I'd kind of like to do some work with authors and composers, book reviews and such. But it is nice to know how to assess someone for stroke.
Good to see that your teacher hasn't reached supervillan status by moving up the due date to before the break. I'll get you yet, Prof. Sinisterious!
