I think you mean Hales. He's amazing. I really loved the first sister's talk about priesthood being the great equalizer in the church. If you have received priesthood blessings, you have the privilege as any other member of the kingdom. And all the responsibility.
Sunday morning session was amazing. I know now how the Nephites couldn't express their thoughts in words because that is how I feel. So edified. So full.
Nice little bit of spiritual enlightenment there, T.R. Yes, Michelle, I do mean Hales (I get them mixed up sometimes, especially when I'm only listening to the radio and don't have a face to attach it to. Some of the girls in Primary asked why it is just the guys get the priesthood. I tried to explain to them that we are all equals . . . I'm gonna have to print out that talk for them.
Which reminds me of a lesson I had when I was taking Pearl of Great Price from Bro. Thomas. He said that (in marriage) the woman is supposed to follow the man, who is supposed to follow God. (I'll admit that I found that teaching (at the time) rather chauvanist) But then he explained that because he knows that his wife is following him and trusting in him, he doesn't want to do anything that will lead her astray. Amazing what a little trust will do.

I always choke up when Elder Eyring chokes up. I'll be paying the mortgage on my mansion in heaven to him.
Monsonalicious.
Word of the Day: Makafeke.
Makafeke. Use it in a sentence today.
I'm at work and missing it! Cruel, cruel fate! (and I made my own blog just so I could comment on your guys'!) -Ashley
Makafeke....
to feign or freak out one's companions
They're all favorites.
Eyring is my man.
First talk of conference (Ballard, I think? Can't always remember names) was incredible. What an opener to start two days of feasting off with!

I went to priesthood session.
Snuck in again, eh?
Just walked in a sat down. It's as if none were the wiser. Nobody said anything.
