Those pictures just take me back to that magical time and place: today, in my home town.
The pictures are more orange than I remember the actual boot being. Maybe it's a metaphore about how life is more colorful when we look back at it. Or that your camera really brings out the orangeness of the boot, which it does really well.

Good to know that justice (in some sense of the word) is applicable to everyone.
