Yeah, it's not a bad town, all in all. Except the emphasis they put on sports out here is way out of proportion with sanity.
If what you say is the truth, it sounds like a great place.
I come from a sports family so I don't know if there is a "too much" when it comes to sports. It is magical though, and I'm glad you had a good time.
