The time has come to discover your potential!!!

This is the coolest set of quizzes ever. Find out which superhero and supervillain you are and wait while they battle within your psyche. By the way, I am avoiding Thermodynamics homework to post this, in case any of you are wondering.

Super Villain Quiz
Super Hero Quiz
Magneto 73%
Apocalypse 73%
The Joker 72%
Dr. Doom 70%
Lex Luthor 67%
Mr. Freeze 64%
Riddler 62%
Venom 59%
Mystique 58%
Juggernaut 54%
Dark Phoenix 48%
Kingpin 46%
Green Goblin 42%
Poison Ivy 36%
Catwoman 34%
Two-Face 14%
You fear the persecution of those that are different or underprivileged so much that you are willing to fight and hurt others for your cause.

I am Magneto. Join me or die! I'll rip your fillings out, one by one. Bwhahaha!

Jeremy adds:

Your results:
You are Dr. Doom

Blessed with smarts and power but burdened by vanity.
Dr. Doom 62%
Lex Luthor 59%
Riddler 57%
Magneto 56%
Apocalypse 49%
The Joker 46%
Green Goblin 44%
Kingpin 35%
Juggernaut 32%
Mystique 28%
Dark Phoenix 27%
Poison Ivy 27%
Catwoman 25%
Mr. Freeze 21%
Two-Face 20%
Venom 15%

Also of note: I am 95% Superman: You are mild-mannered, good,
strong and you love to help others. Glad I got a superhero everyone recognizes, although I have to say that my favorite superhero is still The Green Lantern (I'm only 50% Green Lantern).

Laverna's Addition:
You are Poison Ivy

Poison Ivy 52%
The Joker 50%
Dark Phoenix 45%
Mystique 44%
Apocalypse 43%
Mr. Freeze 40%
Dr. Doom 38%
Riddler 37%
Magneto 34%
Green Goblin 32%
Venom 30%
Catwoman 26%
Juggernaut 24%
Lex Luthor 24%
Two-Face 24%
Kingpin 13%
You would go to almost any length for the protection of the environment including manipulation and elimination.

I don't know how I feel about that. I wasn't a huge fan of her . . . but I definitely have the whole plant thing going. I don't think that I could ever live in a basement apartment because I wouldn't be able to grow anything down there. I've got a pot of freesias blooming in my window right now that just smell wonderful.

Three Things...

SILVERSUNPICKUPSOKGOandSNOWPATROL BLOW MY MIND!

1. Visualization(The Mind will be blown): Let's start on familiar grounds with an analogy we've all heard before:

This is your brain

This is your brain on OK GO

This is your brain on OK GO with a side of Silversun Pickups and Snow Patrol

Any Questions?(Please hold all questions until after post)

2. Dramatization(The Mind is blown): Events may not have occurred as portrayed (I actually remember it being more intense).

3. Actualization(The Mind hath been blown):

"Invincible"

"Some other OK GO song"

"Snow Patrol"

(You can check out my crappy video with really sucky sound later when I get YouTube working). My poor date who is short(er than I am) didn't get to see much. Oh, and a special thanks to awright and Michelle 2010 for tonights wardrobing, I finally debuted the long sleeve shirt I bought. It worked well. Although not to mindblowing status, it receives blogworthy status.

Let's all wish a very Happy Birthday to...

I got this picture from ron-howard-news.newslib.com
Mr. Ron Howard. I think he should be Sir Ron Howard by now, but notpooers will honor him this day, and that's better than some old British thing, right? It's hard to find a good picture of him, for his was not a face to be admired, but a face to be listened to for direction to make a good movie. This is the best one I could find.

Anyway, let's honor Mr. Ron Howard today for his contributions to the world of media as we know it. He made a bunch of good movies that you've probably seen, like A Beautiful Mind (2001), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), Cocoon (1985), The Da Vinci Code (2006) (which was pretty good), Far and Away (1992), Apollo 13 (1995), and holy crap he's made a lot of good movies. I could go on and on; who of us didn't like Splash (1984) or Backdraft (1990), or Willow (1988)?? For the love of Pete, I can't believe he made Willow! He produced The 'Burbs (1989) which is one of my favorite movies and Curious George (2006), which is one of my favorite soundtracks.

Recently, he supported the best show on television, Arrested Development, which I think took both good sense, guts, and a well-honed sense of humor. We like that show at my house.

He said, "I really believe that great creative ideas will find their way to the surface." Let us all ponder upon that thought.

Friends, let us give credit where credit is due. Ron Howard, we salute you.
